Bamboo Airways has issued a new set of fare rules. Accordingly, the number of fare classes has been reduced from 5 to 4, including: Economy Saver Max, Economy Smart, Economy Flex, and Hot deal.

At the same time, there are changes/supplements to the conditions for related fare classes regarding baggage allowances, refunds, ticket changes, Bamboo Club reward points, etc.

The previous fare conditions still apply to tickets issued before March 1, 2024. For tickets changed before March 8, 2024, passengers are allowed to retain their baggage if they change to Economy Smart; for tickets changed from March 8, 2024, the conditions apply according to the fare conditions issued on March 1, 2024.
