1.  ボーナスポイントの購入は、最大 25% オフで購入：

  • ボーナスポイント:メンバーがフライトごとにポイントを獲得できる、Bamboo Club ロイヤルティ プログラムに蓄積されたポイントです。 メンバーは、Bamboo Airways の製品およびサービス (航空券、受託手荷物、ハノイ、コンダオ、クイニョン、ディエンビエン、フコック等のラウンジ カード) およびFLCグループ内外のパートナーのサービスなどの特典と交換するためにそれらを使用できます。

  • ボーナスポイントは、3年間の有効期間がある (36 ヵ月).

 

小売ポイント価格: 460 VNĐ/ ポイント(VATを含まない)

-ボーナス ポイントはパックで販売され、各パックは 1000 ポイント、各トランザクションは少なくとも 1000 ポイントを販売します

-ボーナス ポイントはカードのアップグレードには無効であり、いかなる状況においても返金できません。

2. Payment method:

Step 1: Bank transfer
Members pay for the purchase of points (including the points corresponding to tier) by:
Transfer the money into Bamboo Club’s bank account:

Transfer detail: member full name- member number (or email/ phone number)- reward point purchase.

Step 2: Confirm bank transfer details

After the payment, members send payment information to the email: bambooclub@bambooairways.com  attaching the transfer bill, Bamboo Club will check and confirm the payment.

Step 3: Bamboo Club processes the point purchase transaction withtin 15 working days since

confirmation of payment.
Customers can refer to Member Privileges and Membership Eligibility  from Bamboo Club in the embedded links.

3.The discount will not be applied for online qualifying points purchase transactions.

The original price will be displayed when making transactions via Member portal (460vnd/ point).
To purchase qualifying points, please select the "Top-up Points" section after signing in at BAV website and follow the instruction to purchase points.
