TO ENSURE ABSOLUTE SAFETY FOR DEAR PASSENGERS, BAMBOO AIRWAYS ADJUST THE AVIATION SERVICE STANDARD

Along with aircraft disinfection and actively coordinating with the authorities to implement measures to ensure absolute safety for passengers when using the airline’s services, Bamboo Airways will officially adjust the aviation service standard from March 14, 2020.

Accordingly, the airline will temporarily stop serving meals and start offering drinks for all domestic and international routes. Specifically:

For Business Class: Temporarily stop providing fresh juices and detox drinks. Passengers will be served canned fruit juices, soft drinks, beer, mineral water, tea and coffee.

For Economy Class: Passengers will be served bottled mineral water.

As an effort to reduce the risk of disease spread through tools and supplies on board, Bamboo Airways do hope to receive the understanding and support of passengers.

After the official announcement from the Government, the airline will restore the standard of providing free meals on the flights.
