CARD FULFILLMENT POLICY UPDATE FOR BAMBOO CLUB MEMBER STARTING FROM JUNE 25, 2020

Dear Valued Member,

Following the temporary card fulfilment suspension due to Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to announce that: starting from June 25, 2020, Bamboo Club will officially restart its card fulfilment procedure for members. This policy applies to members with Gold, Diamond and First tiers.

For Emerald, Bamboo Club will provide the membership card for those who would like to have one, with the following fee table:

Payment procedure:

Step 1: Member proceeds payments for card fulfilment or reissuance for Emerald:

Method #1: Wire transfer to Bamboo Club account with the following account information:

Transfer notes: Member’s full name – ID numbers or Membership number – Emerald Fulfilment Fee or Reissuance Fee (Gold/ Diamond/ First) – Bamboo Club

Method #2: Come directly to Bamboo Airways’ agent offices to complete the fee payments.

Step 2:

After the payment is completed, member can send the receipt to Bamboo Club through this email address: [email protected], attach the receipt image if it was a wire payment, Bamboo Club will verify and confirm the payment.

Member will complete the transaction through the agency will not have to go through Step 2 mentioned above.

With the 4 tiers, if Member requires a fulfilment or reissuance, he/she can alternate the card by a screenshot of his or her membership account with Bamboo Club to accrue the points for each flight with Bamboo Airways.
