Bamboo Airways adjust the working time of customer service center

To adapt to the complex situation of Covid-19 epidemic, and follow the guidelines of Prime Minister about Covid-19 prevention, Bamboo Airways has some adjustments on the working time of our Customer Service Center from 01/04/2020:

  • Working time: 07:00 – 23:00 everyday from Monday to Sunday. Applied from 01/04/2020 until the next announcement.

This change leads to the adjustment below:

  • Time to receive email and phone calls to 19001166: from 07:00 to 23:00 everyday from Monday to Sunday.
  • Cancelling receiving email and phone call to Hotline 19001166 from 23:00 to 07:00 of the following day, from weekly Monday to Sunday. Emails sent during this time will be processed and replied on the next working day.

In case of urgent support, please contact our Customer Service Center through Hotline 096 384 8287 by direct phone call, Zalo, Viber or inbox Fanpage Bamboo Airways.
