ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE INCREASE OF THE NUMBER OF FLIGHTS AND SOME IMPORTANT NOTES FOR PASSENGERS

In order to meet the traveling demand of passengers and follow government’s regulation, Bamboo Airways’ flight schedule from 10 – 15 April 2020 is only 01 round-trip flight per day for Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh city route.

During this period, when flying Bamboo Airways, passengers should bring 1 out of 2 confirmation documents to do flight procedures at the airport for health check:

– Certificate of quarantine completion
– Certificate of negative confirmation for COVID-19

Besides, to ensure the utmost safety, passengers must wear the facial mask during the check-in process and throughout the flight. When queuing for check-in procedures and boarding, passengers must stay at least 2 meters apart.
