BAMBOO CLUB ONLINE REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS – REWARD TICKET ON BAMBOO AIRWAYS’ WEBSITE/ MOBILE APP

With bonus points in the account, Bamboo Club members can redeem them for different gifts, including reward tickets on all routes operated by Bamboo Airways. Please see below for instructions on how to redeem your reward tickets.

- Short-haul: distance from origin and destination is from 0 – 460 miles (domestic Vietnam)

- Long-haul: distance from origin and destination is greater than 460 miles (domestic Vietnam).

The change fee depends on the conditions of the ticket class.

- The number of award tickets is limited per flight or all flights. During peak times, the number of seats reserved for award tickets may be limited or not open.

II. Redemption Guide

Award tickets for Nominee Account & Family Account: In order to redeem the 'By Point' and 'By Cash & Points' tickets, the active nominees must successfully and legally be listed under a nominator/ family account. In addition, both of the nominees and nominator are required to travel together in the same booking. Should the nominator requests to redeem his points for the registered nominees, the requirement is unachievable.
