Reservation change policy: Any amendment is required by email, which will be acknowledged in writing. Guest’s name and stay date cannot be amended and have to follow the policy of BAV and C1 memberships The stay date can be amended just once and no later than 07 days before arrival date. Amendment for stay during public holidays is a minimum of 21 days before arrival (23 Dec 2023 - 07 Jan 2024 và 09 Feb 2024 - 18 Feb 2024). The offer terms may change with the amendments.
