2.    Benefits for FLC Biscom Members using Bamboo Airways products
FLC Biscom members are entitled to:

  • Priority Check-in: Use Business Class or Priority counters, with one accompanying guest.
  • Free checked Golf bag: One golf set is carried free of charge when purchasing Economy Smart or above.
  • Advance seat selection priority: Preferential assignment to front-section seating in the cabin class purchased, subject to availability.
  • Business lounge access at a special rate of 270,000 VND: Applicable for direct lounge purchases; cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Bamboo Club enrollment reward: New Bamboo Club members who hold an FLC Biscom membership will receive 1,000 bonus points, credited after completion of their first Bamboo Airways flight.

3. Implementation process:

>> For Bamboo Club members using FLC Biscom services:

  • Bamboo Club members can contact the hotline or the Biscom golf course booking department directly to register for a tee time. Booking information includes: the Golf Course name, the intended playing time, and the member’s Bamboo Club tier.
  • List of FLC Biscom Golf Course Addresses & Hotlines HERE. 
  • When checking in at the Golf Course, Bamboo Club members must present a valid Physical or Digital Membership Card so that Biscom can verify their membership and apply the corresponding benefits.

>>  For FLC Biscom Members using Bamboo Club services:

Present the FLC Biscom membership card at the airport for verification to enjoy:

  • Free checked golf bag allowance (from Economy Smart onwards)
  • Priority seating at the front section of the cabin, if available.
  • For Business Lounge Privilege at Noi Bai Airport: FLC Biscom members can go directly to the lounge and present their membership card and boarding pass for staff verification to confirm eligibility.
  • For Bonus Points When Registering for Bamboo Club: Members access the website to register and upload a photo of their FLC Biscom membership card. Bamboo Club will verify the information, create the account, notify the members, and award bonus points once all program requirements are met.
