Bamboo Airways Thai Binh Youth Football Training Club Has Been Officially Formed

On March 27, Bamboo Airways Thai Binh Youth Football Training Club has been formed by Thai Binh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in cooperation with Bamboo Airways.

The Signing Ceremony was participated by Mr. Nguyen Hong Dien – member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee of Thai Binh, Mr. Ngo Dong Hai – alternate member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung – Vice Chairwoman, General Director of FLC Group and Mr. Bui Quang Dung – Deputy General Director of Bamboo Airways and other representatives from different departments of Thai Binh province.

Thai Binh is one of Vietnam’s most promising football training cradles producing many football teams with outstanding achievements. Many footballers from Thai Binh after being trained locally have participated in various regional and international competitions, achieving notable success, leaving a good impression to the whole nation.

With the wish of supporting Thai Binh in increasing its inherent strength – football, Bamboo Airways (a member company of FLC Group) signed an official Memorandum of Cooperation with the Sports Training Center of Thai Binh which was established by the province’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

This Memorandum guarantees the strong cooperation of two parties in the process of selection, management and training young players.

With the training facilities including pitch, stadium, dormitory and modern equipment, young athletes will be rigorously trained through firsthand experience by many professional coaches.

“For the long-term development, this will be a professional football training club, providing Vietnam with many enthusiastic, talented, ethical and intellectual young players, with superb physiques and skills meeting every standard. We believe that the substantial investment of Bamboo Airways will elevate Thai Binh and Vietnam’s football to the new heights to conquer a lot of new goals in the future”, Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung, Vice Chairwoman and General Director of FLC Group said.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Linh – Vice Chairwoman of Thai Binh Provincial People’s Committee, the establishment of Bamboo Airways Thai Binh Football Training Club is an important milestone for Thai Binh’s football.

“The establishment of Thai Binh Youth Football Training Club with the support of Bamboo Airways and FLC group plays an integral role in the sustainable investment in the process of development and effective exploitation of the facilities, leading to training quality improvement, which will enable Thai Binh to reach the threshold to not only youth football tournaments but also other national tournaments,” the Vice Chairman of Thai Binh People’s Committee stressed.
