Recently, Bamboo Airways has received complaints about passengers being disturbed by airport transportation companies, some of them even pretending to be the Customer Service Department of the airline calling to advise customers to book airport transportation services

Immediately after receiving the first feedback from passengers, Bamboo Airways recognized the gravity of the issue and conducted a comprehensive examination of relevant internal processes.

Next, on August 12, 2020, Bamboo Airways officially sent an official dispatch to the Department of Cyber Security and Hi-tech Crime Prevention (Ministry of Public Security) requesting an investigation into the matter of external parties using unauthorized customer information of the airline for airport transfers.
