Priority Check-in (PRCI) allows passengers to experience exclusive privileges in a dynamic and convenient way when checking in at the airport.
|√ At the check-in counter: Passengers may check in at the Bamboo Club member counter, Priority counter, or Business Class counter (at airports where Bamboo Club and/or Priority counters are unavailable).||√ At the departure gate: Passengers may use the Priority lane to board the aircraft along with Business Class passengers and Bamboo Club members.|
√ Applicable to passengers purchasing air tickets of Bamboo Airways.
√ Distribution channel: Online booking through website, ticket office, designated agent of Bamboo Airways.
√ Applicable airports and routes: All routes and airports currently operated by Bamboo Airways (except Quy Nhon airport).
√ Booking time limit: At least 03 hours before departure for domestic flights. At least 05 hours before departure for international flights.

√ Domestic: 100,000 VND/passenger/route (VAT excluded)
√ International: 140,000 VND/passenger/route (VAT excluded)
* Infants under 2 years of age traveling with adults are admitted free of charge
How to book
Method 1: During online booking through website
Step 1: Select flight
Step 2: Enter passenger information
Step 3: Select “Priority Check-in“ add-on service
Step 4: After add-on service has been selected, detailed information will be displayed in the “Add-on Service” tab in the Payment page.
Step 5: Confirm your booking information and proceed to payment by local or international debit card, credit card, QR code…
Step 6: Finalize your purchase: Booking verification → Booking successful
Method 2: After online booking through website, purchase additional service via website
Step 1: Access “Manage My Booking” on the main menu
Step 2: Enter passenger’s last name and booking code to modify booking
Step 3: After you sign in, the screen will display your itinerary. To purchase additional services, select “Modify booking”
Then select “Priority Check-in” add-on service
Step 4: Proceed to payment
After passengers successfully book a flight and add-on services, Bamboo Airways system will issue an electronic ticket to your registered email address. The ticket includes all relevant information such as passenger information, itinerary, electronic ticket number, and “Priority Check-in” service.
If you do not receive your electronic ticket within 01 hour of successful payment, please visit the website http://www.bambooairways.com to look up your electronic ticket or contact our Call Center 1900 1166 to receive assistance. (Similar procedure applies to passengers who lost their electronic tickets).
At the airport, our welcoming staff or check-in attendant will identify passengers using the service by verifying their tickets either printed or displayed on their phone (as an email or screenshot).
