UPDATE BAMBOO CLUB TIER-MATCHING PROGRAM POLICY FROM 01/05/2023

Dear Valued Customer,
Bamboo Club wants to inform members about the latest Bamboo Club tier matching program. Members who own cards of airlines in the World Airline Alliance, have the opportunity to peer to the corresponding Bamboo Club card and receive thousands of attractive incentives from a network of partners in various fields.
1. Time of application: from 01/05/2023 to 31/12/2023
2.Tier-matching conditions:
a.Conditions for the first tier-matching in 2023
| With tier-matching to First, Diamond | With tier-matching to Gold |
With tier-matching to Emerald |
| Members take at least 01 Business class flight with Bamboo Airways in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The flight needs to be flown before the card is tier-matching.
Issue physical card: applicable. |
Members take at least 01 Economy class flight with Bamboo Airways in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. The flight needs to be flown before the card is tier-matching.
Issue physical card: not applicable. If member needs to print card, please pay the fee of 50,000vnd/card according to the account number HERE. |

Members who own cards of other airlines, equivalent to First/Diamond tier but fly economy tickets from January 1, 2023 to before the time of tier-matching -> upgrade to Gold Bamboo Club (if members wants).
b.Conditions for maintaining tier & tier validity

3. How to apply for Bamboo Club tier-matching program:
If you are not a Bamboo Club member yet, please kindly register HERE to earn member privileges. If you are already a member, please kindly skip Step 1 Applicant currently owns an airline alliance card or membership card of other airlines. Please note:
(*): Bamboo Club will proceed to verify the accuracy of the FFP card if the provided image is a screenshot from the app or a virtual/online membership card.
Bamboo Club receive, process the information, and response to Applicant through email within 5-7 business days.
