BAMBOO AIRWAYS’ BAMBOO CLUB TIER-MATCHING RELAUNCH ANNOUCEMENT

Dear Valued Customer,

Loyalty Program Bamboo Club of Bamboo Airways would like to send to members the program of tier-matching from other airlines in the country and around the world to Bamboo Club card. Specific content as follows:

1. Time of application: to April 19, 2022.

2. Eligible members: All customers possessing valid membership cards of all airlines / international airlines’ membership cards or membership cards of other airlines in the country and around the world.

Please note: Members who own Diamond class of Bamboo Club due to having tier-matching from the previous Vietnam Airlines Gold class-will not apply the next tier-matching of the new policy to upgrade to the First class of Bamboo Club.

3. How to apply for Bamboo Club tier-matching program?

Step 1: Register to become Bamboo Club loyalty program member.

If you are not a Bamboo Club member yet, please kindly register  HERE  to earn member privileges.

If you are already a member, please kindly skip Step 1.

Step 2: Applicant currently owns an airline alliance card or membership card of other airlines.

Please note:

• An eligible submission is an image that captures an official government-issued identification/ or passport and the membership card/ or a screenshot from the member portal of other airlines.
• Do not send portrait photos.

Step 3: Applicant may complete the form at link:

(*): Bamboo Club will proceed to verify the accuracy of the FFP card if the provided image is a screenshot from the app or a virtual/online membership card.

Please note: Bamboo Club does not support sending cards abroad. Please send Detailed Vietnamese Address (with recipients during office hours) and phone number in Vietnam.

Bamboo Club receive, process the information, and response to Applicant through email within 15 business days.
