Booking ancillary services for tickets issued via GDS

Passengers who obtained their tickets via GDS booking can purchase the following ancillary services:

1. Seat Selection

2. Additional Baggage

3. Business Lounge Vouchers

HOW TO BOOK ANCILLARY SERVICES

Step 1: Access the Ancillary booking via GDS reservations page: https://bookancillary.bambooairways.com/

Enter your last name and  Passenger Name Record (PNR). Your 6-character PNR (boxed in red) can be retrieved through your GDS booking as follow:

1A – AMADEUS

1G – GALILEO

1S – SABRE    1F – INFINI

Step 2: Select the ancillary service you wish to purchase through the booking page and click “Payment” to proceed.

Step 3: At the payment page, fill out the information field. Please be sure an email address is provided in the email field and complete payment.

Step 4: Check your email address. A confirmation email and updated ticket will be sent to the email address provided above.
