Redemption requirements may differ based on fare. The amount of point that can be used on an Upgrade with Points ticket is based on the Bamboo Club Member’s account balance. Any points used will be automatically and permanently deducted from the Member’s Bamboo Club account at the time of the redemption. For reservations that include multiple passengers, only one Bamboo Club account may be used to redeem for an Upgrade with points ticket.
