BAMBOO CLUB TIER-MATCHING PROGRAM

Dear Valued Customer, 

Please find below the latest Bamboo Club Tier-matching policy. Members who own membership cards of the World Airline Alliances, will have the opportunity to peer to the corresponding Bamboo Club card and receive thousands of attractive incentives from a network of partners in various fields.

1. Time of application: From Jun 1st, 2024 until the further notice

2. Tier-matching conditions:

a. Conditions for the first tier-matching

To First, Diamond To Gold To Emerald

Members are required to accomplish at least 01 Business class flight or 03 Economy class flights with Bamboo Airways in the period from Jun 1st, 2024 to the tier-matching date.

Physical card issuance: Applicable.

Members are required to accomplish at least 01 Economy class flight with Bamboo Airways in the period from Jun 1st, 2024 to the tier-matching date.

Physical card issuance: Not applicable. If requested, please be informed that VND 50,000/card will be applied.

 

No conditions needed.

Physical card issuance: Not applicable. If requested, please be informed that VND 50,000/card will be applied.

 

 

Members who own cards of other airlines, which is equivalent to First/ Diamond tier but flew with Bamboo Airways economy class from Jun 1st, 2024 to the tier-matching date are eligible to upgrade to Gold Tier (If needed).

 

 

b. Conditions for maintaining tier & tier validity

Register to become Bamboo Club loyalty program member.

If you are not a Bamboo Club member yet, please kindly register  HERE  to earn member privileges. 

If you are already a member, please kindly skip Step 1.

Applicant currently owns an airline alliance card or membership card of other airlines.

Please note: 

  • An eligible submission is an image that captures an official government-issued identification/ or passport and the membership card/ or a screenshot from the member portal of other airlines. 
  • Do not send portrait photos.

Please log into your Bamboo Club account on the website, go to the Card Status Matching section, and fill in the information as instructed to submit your status matching request.

 

TIER MATCHING – BAMBOO CLUB (*)

(*): Bamboo Club will proceed to verify the accuracy of the FFP card if the provided image is a screenshot from the app or a virtual/online membership card.

Bamboo Club receive, process the information, and response to Applicant through email within 5-7 business days.
