Late-coming, Go-show, Last-minute ticket sales

1. Late-coming

- Late-coming passenger: passenger that show up late at the check-in counter or late at the departure gate, no later than 30 minutes after takeoff. Passenger with tickets under the above cases will be allowed to move to the next available flight no later than 48 hours from the actual departure time of the late-coming flight.

- Late-coming Support Solutions only applicable for 1 time per customer

- Applies to tickets issued from March 1, 2024 and re-issued from March 8, 2024

2. Go-show

- Go-show passenger: Passenger who has a ticket to depart in the future, want to change their ticket to depart immediately within the time frame at the airport (03 hours for domestic flights, 05 hours for international flights). Goshow is only applicable at the airport.

- Applies to tickets issued from March 1, 2024 and re-issued from March 8, 2024

  • "Not allowed": Goshow is not applicable
  • "Allowed": Go-show is applicable and rebook according to fare rules
  • "Free": Go-show is free, not plus fare difference, new flight and previous flight must have the same itinerary 

3. Last-minute ticket sales

- Last-minute ticket sales is selling tickets from 4 hours to 40 minutes before departure time, applicable at the airport ticket office.

- Conditions:

  • Applied to airport of departure Airport Ticket Offices
  • Allow to sell last-minute ticket for fare class O or higher fare classes
