“It was a pleasure to meet the representatives of Bamboo Airways’ cabin crew today. Regardless of our nationalities, we are all the integral parts of Bamboo Airways,” Mr. Trinh Van Quyet wrote on his personal page.

The photos of the cabin crew’s representatives were posted on the personal Facebook page of the Chairman of FLC Group and Bamboo Airways Trinh Van Quyet.

“It was a pleasure to meet the representatives of Bamboo Airways’ cabin crew today. Regardless of our nationalities, we are all the integral parts of Bamboo Airways,” Mr. Trinh Van Quyet wrote on his personal page.

The Head of Bamboo Airways also wrote: “I wish you all good health. May the dedication of yours bring passengers excellent experience on every flight”.

It can be seen that the Chairman is extremely mindful of the Airline’s image.

He once shared on his social network: “The ambassadors of the Airline are the ones who diligently serve our passengers days and nights, delivering the most satisfying experience when flying with Bamboo Airways,”

A month ago, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet also “broadcasted” the photos and information of 300 pilots, nearly 80% of whom were foreign pilots.

According to him, along with Vietnamese pilots, foreign pilots also have made an outstanding contribution to the impressive achievements during the first 6 months of launch, operating nearly 10,000 safe flights with the on-time performance rate of up to 95% – the highest rate in the market.

In early September, during the process of evaluating the Airline’s workforce to renew its aviation business license, the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) stated that: “The human resource of Bamboo Airways and its recruitment plan are both adequate and qualified for the exploitation of 30 aircraft.

CAAV has reissued the aviation business license to Bamboo Airways with some important adjustments including: change of the legal representative of the Airline, increase in the charter capital from VND 700 billion to VND 1,300 billion (USD 30 million to USD 56 millionn), increase in fleet size (from 10 to 30 aircraft), increase in the number of offices in Hanoi, Thanh Hoa, Ho Chi Minh city, etc.

Regarding workforce training, in August 2019, Bamboo Airways was granted the Certificate of Aviation Training Organization (ATO) from CAAV. The construction of Bamboo Airways Aviation Academy also started in Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh.

Bamboo Airways is operating 26 domestic and international routes, transporting over 1 million passengers.
