2. 5-Star Resort Stay
- Choose freely between the following two premium properties:

- Complimentary premium breakfast buffet based on the number of nights included in the package.
3. Complimentary Late Check-out
- Free late check-out extension until 2:00 PM.
4. Flexible Travel Management
- Adjust your travel plans easily in case of unexpected changes.
- Voluntary refund/change support available at least 7 days before departure.
- Minimal processing fee: VND 600,000 per passenger/ticket and VND 600,000 per room (for 2 guests).
5. Flexible Cabin Upgrade
- Free ticket change for cabin/class upgrades (only fare difference applies according to fare conditions).
- Requests must be processed at least 3 hours before departure.

Can I choose my travel date and flight time?
Yes. You may choose your preferred travel date. However, the number of available airline seats and resort rooms is limited on each date. Please complete the registration form for detailed consultation.
How are children charged when traveling with adults?
Child pricing is calculated flexibly based on the child's age (under 2 years old and from 2 to under 12 years old), in accordance with Bamboo Airways fare policies and FLC's extra bed/buffet policies. Please leave your information to receive the most accurate quotation.
Can I change, cancel, or request a refund after booking?
To support passengers in managing their travel plans, refund or itinerary change requests are accepted at least 7 days before departure (applicable fee: VND 600,000 per ticket and VND 600,000 per room).
Room occupancy note: Standard package pricing applies to 2 adults sharing one 5-star hotel room. Guests who require a private room for single occupancy are subject to the applicable single supplement surcharge set by the resort.
How do I make payment after registration?
To secure the promotional fare and successfully reserve your flight seat and resort room, payment will be made via bank transfer to our official account according to the instructions provided by our travel consultant.
All transactions are supported by official invoices and booking confirmations (flight booking code and hotel booking code), which will be sent to your email.
