I. WHAT IS BONUS POINT?
Bonus point: points that Members can earn after each flight and be accrued in Bamboo Club Loyalty Program.
Bonus points are valid for 3 years (36 months).
Apply for: First, Diamond, Gold, Emerald
Redeemed items: tickets, voucher First Lounge by Bamboo Airways, extra baggage, Upgrade to Business class… and services of Bamboo Club’ partners.
II. BONUS POINT CALCULATION METHOD
1. Bonus point calculation method:
Bonus points = Distance (mileage) * bonus coefficient by ticket class * bonus coefficient by card class * bonus coefficient by country * bonus coefficient by promotion campaign * bonus coefficient by Carrier * bonus coefficient by booking channel

2. Bonus point selling price:
Bonus point is sell by package, 1,000 points / package
Price: VND 460/ point (exclude VAT)

3. Redemption table:
- Package 5kgs, miximum 30kgs
- Number of points redeemed: 2,000 bonus points
- Redemption instruction for cardholders: Log-in Bamboo Club account on Bamboo Airway App => Select “Bamboo Club” on the end tab => Select “Use bonus point” => Select “Baggage Reward” and follow the instruction to redeem.
- Instructions to redeem rewards for relatives: cardholders send requests to Bamboo Club by email: bambooclub@bambooairways.com
Note: To redeem tickets for relatives: the cardholder must be a First or Diamond member.
- Number of points redeemed: 4,500 bonus points
- Applied at Bamboo Airways First lounges within Vietnam: Hanoi, Quy Nhon, Con Dao, Dien Bien, Phu Quoc…
- Redemption instruction for cardholders: send request email to bambooclub@bambooairways.com including following contents:
- Email subject: Request for First Lounge Access Voucher Redemption_[Member ID number]
- Content: Member’s full name, booking number, name of First Lounge (belonged to Bamboo Airways), number of bonus points used for redemption.
***Bamboo Club will process the request within 3-5 working days.
- Redeem rewards for relatives: the cardholder must be a First or Diamond member.
- Members are allowed to claim reward for themselves and people in the nominee list.

- Redemption instruction for cardholders: Log-in Bamboo Club account on Bamboo Airway App => Select “Bamboo Club” on the end tab => Select “Use bonus point” => Select “Seat reward” and follow the instruction to redeem.
- Apply to redeem for members of Emerald members and higher tier.
To check account’s available bonus points, please kindly log in Bamboo Club account using Bamboo Airways Mobile App.
4. Transfer bonus points:
Transfer price of bonus points (including VAT):
- In foreign: 0.01 USD/1 point
- In Vietnam: 230VND/1 point
Note: The maximum number of transfer points is 100,000 points/account/year, the minimum is 1000 points/time.

Access Bamboo Airways application on mobile devices
Log in Bamboo Club account
Select “Transfer points”
Fill in Recipient’s Information and Point to transfer
Read carefully and agree to Terms & Conditions
Enter membership password to confirm
Select payment method and Confirm to complete transferring Bamboo Club bonus points
