Please refer to the following update:
1. SCOPE / APPLICATION
Applicable to domestic groups with the first departure time on ticket from March 1st, 2021 to March 28th, 2021 making change, refund, cancel and pay cancellation / refund fees from February 18th, 2021 to February 28th, 2021 or until further notice.
2. REBOOK, REROUTE
a. Condition and deadline for request.
– For groups that have deposited or fully paid, input name: free re-name, fare difference if any, request at least 72 hours in advance from the first departure time on the ticket.
– Modify once only, the 2nd time shall be reviewed for approval upon factual circumtance.
– Permit to refund fare difference if new fare is lower than the original one.
Form of change: directly rebook /reroute or refund the original group to Credit Shell account for booking the new one.
b. New effective flight time
From February 18th, 2021 to October 30th, 2021 or upon flight schedule at the time of request.
3. RE-NAME
Free of charge.
4. REFUND
– Request at least 72 hours before the first departure time on a ticket.
– A fee of 200,000VND/pax/segment, permit to refund all passengers.
– The fee is exclusive of VAT
5. REFUND THE DEPOSIT
Permit to refund the deposit of a group (free of deposit penalty).
6. NOTE
The amount of deposit refund, ticket refund shall be transferred to the Credit Shell account for paying the next groups with the first departure time on ticket before December 31st, 2021.
