I. REFUND POLICY

Stop applying for requests from 00:00 on July 14, 2022 and return to apply the usual Refund policy according to each sales channel

II. POLICY FOR PASSENGERS UNDER LOCKDOWN, INSOLATED AND PROHIBITED AREAS FOR TRANSPORTATION IN THE COVID PERIOD

Stop applying for requests from 10:30 on January 22, 2022

III. POLICY FOR CANCELLED, DELAY FLIGHTS IN THE COVID PERIOD

Stop applying for requests from 00:00 on July 14, 2022 and return to apply according to Decision 86/2019 – Policy on serving passengers in unusual cases.

IV. SUPPORT POLICY FOR PASSENGERS FLYING FROM THE PANDEMIC AREA AND THE ONES WORKING IN HEALTH AND MILITARY (NOT ELIGIBLE TO SUPPORT AT SECTION II)

Stop applying for requests from 10:30 on January 22, 2022.

V. AMENDMENT FOR COVID PERIOD IN THE 2ND QUARTER OF 2021

Invalid from June 06, 2022.
