1. Qualifying point purchase
- Qualifying points: points used to upgrade the member card. When members buy enough points to qualify for tier upgrade, their tier will be upgraded in accordance with the policy.
The tier points are valid for 12 months.
The number of added points will be the same as the number that members purchase.
In cases where the members account already have points, members only need to buy the remaining points needed for tier upgrade.

2. Reward point purchase
- Reward points: points that members can use to convert to rewards such as: Bamboo Airways products & services (plane tickets, baggage, Hanoi Lounge access card, Con Dao, Quy Nhon) and services from partners within/outside of FLC collaborating with Bamboo Club.
Reward points are valid for 3 years (36 months).
- The offers are as follow:

3. Payment process:
Step 1: Wire transfer payment.
Member to purchase the membership (includes the equivalent amount of points for each tier) by:

Payment memo: Member’s full name – Membership number (or email/ or phone number) – Gold/Diamond/First payment.
Step 2: Payment completion confirmation.
After completing the payment, please send your receipt confirmation to Bamboo Club at this email address: [email protected] attach the receipt picture of the payment. Bamboo Club will proceed to verify and confirm the payment.
- If you are already a member of Bamboo Club, please send your membership number + address to receive the card in Vietnam (during office hours)
- If you are not a member, please send a photo of the front of your ID card/ or passport so that we can create a Bamboo Club account + address to receive the card in Vietnam (during office hours)
Step 3: Bamboo Club will handle the purchase of points, tier upgrade, card issue. The customer will receive the physical card within 15 working days after confirming the successful transfer.
From the time of successful payment confirmation to the time of receiving the physical card, you can use the card tier information/image in your member account to enjoy the benefits of the card class.
