Details:
- Complimentary tier extension for 01 more year for all Gold, Diamond, First members with the tier expiry date from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
- All members that got downgraded (due to not being qualified for tier retainment) has been extended for 01 year on the system according to the policy.
Member can continue to use their old member card (with tier expiry date from 01/2021 to 12/2021) when flying with Bamboo Airways to experience the respective benefits of each tier.
