Announcement for the temporary suspension of Bamboo Club membership card distribution

To Our Valued Bamboo Club Members,

First and foremost, we sincerely would like to thank you for trusting and accompanying Bamboo Club – Bamboo Airways.

As you might have known, the Covid-19 pandemic is having multiple complex outbreaks internationally, heavily affecting millions of lives worldwide.

The Prime Minister has directed social distancing according to Directive 16 in many provinces and cities because the goal of protecting and taking care of people’s health comes first.

In a context like this, Bamboo Airways is drastically implementing various of effort and solutions to reduce and avoid the spread of the disease. One of them is to limit the physical catalysts that could potentially be a disease carrier, avoid contact to protect members’ health. With that in mind, starting from August 1st, 2021 to August 31, 2021 –  Bamboo Club will temporarily discontinue to distribute and issue membership card for new members, fulfillment and re-issue, etc.

Meanwhile, members can provide the issued membership number to our agents when flying with Bamboo Airways for accruals and other member privileges.

Accessing your Bamboo Club membership account through the member portal website to claim your missing miles is also another solution for our members.
