Bamboo Airways offers all passengers business lounge access (Voucher C-lounge) before departure at the airport for a fee starting from 360,000 VND/ticket (VAT included).

How to book Business lounge
To use business lounge of Bamboo Airways, passenger can choose one of below ways:
Book service on booking flow:
After selecting the flight and filling in the passenger information, the Passenger can book the service by selecting “Use the Business Lounge” at the Additional Services page. After completing the booking, the service will be recorded and displayed on the e-ticket as a code named “VOUC“. At the airport, the procedure staff will identify customers using the Business lounge service through this code.
Book service after ticket confirmation:
In case you have already booked a ticket and want to order additional services, you can book right on the website in the section “Manage my booking“. After logging in, Passengers select “Book additional services” and proceed to pay for the service Business lounge.

Additional services can be ordered at ticketing offices:
265 Cau Giay ticketing office, Last minute ticketing office at Noi Bai airport, Tan Son Nhat airport or Bamboo Airways agents.
After the service is booked successfully, the system will send a service confirmation to the email address used for booking. Customers can print the confirmation information or save it electronically for check-in at the airport.
* Note:
– Please book business lounge access at least 03 hours prior to departure time.
– Business lounge access excludes priority services, shuttle bus to the aircraft as Business passengers.
√ Time using business lounge:
Passengers are served within a maximum period of 3 hours.
